We proactively design, develop and deliver training courses in accordance with but not limited to the nine organizational components incorporated in the Management Mix 9-5-4 Management Guide. In addition to its weekly public training courses, we also organize and deliver tailored in-house training programs for our clients.
Our training & capacity building programs are developed and implemented according to the below 5 main activities:
1. Analyzing competency gaps in the organization (CGA);
2. Assessing training needs (ATN);
3. Designing & developing training programs (TPD);
4. Delivering the training program (CTP); and
5. Evaluating and Reporting the performance of participants (EPP).
Moreover, we are the local partner of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) (World Bank Group) to support the growth of SMEs in Lebanon by providing Business EdgeTM accredited training courses.
