The “Youth Empowered” Program is an exciting initiative by Coca-Cola HBC Armenia and Management Mix Armenia, designed to provide ambitious university students with knowledge in life and business skills, enhancing their career prospects and preparing them for future opportunities.

The Program Timeline – Step-by-Step to Success
Pool 1: Complete 6 life and business skills development trainings on Coca-Cola HBC Armenia’s “Youth Empowered” program online platform www.youthtraining.am, earn your certificates, and get automatically registered.
Estimated time to complete: You can complete it at your own pacePool 2: Put your knowledge to the test with 2 skills evaluations (behavioral & general knowledge).
Estimated time to complete: 1 hourPool 3: Enhance your expertise with exclusive in-person training at Management Mix Academy and earn certificates.
Estimated time: 2 hoursPool 4: Visit the Coca-Cola Happiness Factory and receive career guidance from Coca-Cola HBC Armenia employees.
Estimated time: 2 hoursPool 5: Bring it all together with final a assignment.
Estimated time to complete: 30 minutes (preparation & presentation)
End of December
